Personal Intervention Plan
A personal intervention plan is an action plan for times of crises. Use this template for yourself, your family, your clients or beneficiaries to discuss the different ways in which your body will let you know that you are in crises and to reflect on the people and organisations that you might call on in a time of crises. Keep your personal intervention plan somewhere where you can see it regularly and refer to it when you feel overwhelmed.
